Wow if you are in the market looking for a realtor to move your property call Kyle. You will be making a mistake if you do not give him a chance! My advice and personal experience would be to advise you to be ready to move. My wife and I have bought and sold 20+ properties in our time, I have never seen a realtor more attentive to detail and willing to do what is needed to close a deal. We spoke on nights and weekends! He even called to check in on our sale from his vacation. I can’t recommend Kyle any stronger he is as stellar of a person as you will ever find. P.S. his photography skills are also above and beyond.

Kyle was nothing short of amazing in helping us find a second home in Ellijay. He worked tirelessly to find a house that was in our wheelhouse and went above and beyond to get us to closing with no issues. He even took it upon himself to repair a dishwasher the day before closing! Best of all, he’s a great guy with extreme patience and awesome sense of humor. A true pleasure to work with.

What a great guy! If I could give this young man 6 stars, I definitely would! We met Kyle at an open house. We did not already have a realtor as we wanted to take a look at different areas to consider in calling our home town. Kyle showed to be very proficient in knowing each of the areas we had visited and made appointments to view some of the homes he found for us the following week.
